FS: Redburst (#12 neck) G&L L2000 and Vintage Blonde (#8 neck) G&L L2000

I had these two L2000's up for sale recently, but changed my mind and decided to hold on to them for a while. Well, I've changed my mind again . . .

1. Redburst L2000 with #12 neck, swamp ash body, K switching, weighs 9.26 lbs, essentially new - just bought this bass new from BassCentral Dec 2012, 2012 build, comes with OHSC (tolex) and complete paperwork. $775 shipped in the CONUS. I don't mind shipping outside of the CONUS, but the buyer would pay shipping.

2. Vintage blonde L2000 with #8 neck with vintage tint, swamp ash body, weighs 9.4 lbs, essentially new - bought this bass new from Portland Percussion Nov 2012, 2011 build, comes with OHSC (tolex) and complete paperwork. $775 shipped in the CONUS. I don't mind shipping outside of the CONUS, but the buyer would pay shipping. Sold

The only trade offers I'll consider are either a Lull M4V or TC4 (plus some $$ on my end).

Thanks,
BK

I've gotten a number of PMs with questions about the differences between the G&L #8 and #12 necks. The #8 neck is a modern profile (12" radius, thus flatter fingerboard) jazz (1.5 nut) neck, and the #12 neck is a modern profile (12" radius, thus flatter fingerboard) medium nut width (1.625", in between jazz and pbass width). Here's a link to G&Ls website showing the specs for their different necks: http://www.glguitars.com/instruments...tions/bass.asp. Hope this helps, but please feel free to PM me with any questions.

It's good to be back! Of course I'm right back to my GASsy ways . . .

Price drop again before resorting to eBay.

Blondie is gone . . . I'll list the redburst one more week here on TB before listing on ebay. Thanks for all of the interest.

Price drop bump - will part ways with the redurst L2K for $700 shipped. No trades at this point. Get an essentially new G&L at half the price.
