FS: Refurbished P bass 50's style

Here is a minty fresh "P" bass Tribute. This one was done with a 50's era feel. Completely refurbished and re-wired.

Here are the specs:

Neck; Refurbished - Fender "P" bass specs with Rosewood fretboard and 1 5/8" TusQ nut. Headstock has been reshaped and refinished. Back of neck has been refinished using Sam Maloof's Oil/Poly blend. Frets have been leveled, crowned, dressed and polished and the fret board edges have been "rolled" for a nice broken in feel.

Body: Used - 3 peice Alder with gloss black finish and 50's style Gold anodized pick guard. (body does have a couple of minor nics, but nothing bad)

Electronics: All new-Passive, "P" bass pickups, USA CTS Pots, vintage cloth wiring, PIO .047 tone cap.

Hardware: New, chrome, original Fender MIM parts.

I'm asking $300

Genuin Fender Gig Bag included, or add a MONO M-80 Gig bag for $100 (prices do not include shipping)

Thanks Denny. I hope it goes to a good home. This one plays pretty sweet. Round wounds and good pots, wiring and tone caps make all the difference in the world. Of course if someone would rather have flat wounds I can swap them out.

Price now includes Genuin Fender gig bag or you can add a MONO M-80 Gig bag for $100.

Also, if anyone is intrested I will install upgraded pickups (of your choice) at no extra charge (other than the cost of the parts) ****must be original size "P" style pickups*****
