Well not a roadworn series but the bass has been used and worn in a bit. Still great playing! I installed new fender pickup shielding cavities. The original owner used this bass and it shows! He also put some pinstripes around the side. They come off easily. Looks to be automotive pinstripes. Looks pretty cool. Comes with a pretty worn ibanez case but its very sturdy and a nice case at that. Same quality as the cases made for fender.
The pickup poles and screws got some rust. Theres some dings on top of the headstock. Couple dings around the back but nothing too big. Besides the pickup shieldings everything is stock. This bass has almost zero hum even when you solo a pickup and turn the tone knob all the way up!!
Plays great like most classic vibe series. I just really dont need this bass and im trying to flip as many instruments as I can to pay off my warwick bill
These are my favorite of all the squier lines. I actually have the vintage mod series. I prefer the necks on these. Plays great and the bass weighs under 9lbs.
