FS: Sadowsky 5 Spalted Maple/Alder Body Loaded

OK, here's a project I'm not going to finish.
This is a beautiful Spalted Maple/Alder Body. The string spacing is 17 to 18mm.
The body is finished in polyester.

This bad boy needs a neck and your ready
to rock!

The body and parts are in near pristine condition. The back plate still has the plastic on it!


It is loaded with the following:

Spalted Maple/Alder body $500
ETS/DeGier Gold Bridge $150
Nordstrand Big Singles 18mm $100
Sadowsky Preamp 2 Volumes, Passive Tone and stacked Bass & Treble $150
Plexiglass Pixkguard $25

This is a body from Sadowsky?
I may be way off bass here, but I've owned quite a few Sadowsky's, and the few times that I happened to have the neck off of one of them, they always had "Sadowsky" stamped/burned into the neck pocket.

I know they did sell a few bodies last year that were old versions or something like that.

I got this body from Roger 2 years ago.

There was no stamp but also it was unfinished so perhaps that's why.

Is this a Sadowsky body.

Great price for a loaded body like this......
You have at least $250 in the pre-amp, another $200+ in pick-ups. The finish alone would be about $200.
Factor in that Roger picks only bodies that he feels that meet his standards for tone- that right there is a value you can't really put a price on IMO.
Hell, Warmoth would charge you what, about $400 for a body like this (unfinished)? More maybe?
Plus at least $75 for the bridge....(if you bought everything new.....)

Hell, this is a STEAL....wish I had the cash or at least trade bait....
