I hate to do this because this is an awesome bass, but I just don't play it, and I could use the money for some other things. This Sadowsky Metro Hybrid P-bass is amazing! It's Sonic Blue with a Rosewood fingerboard. To my ear, in passive mode it really nails the P-bass tone although I don't think it sounds quite as muddy as they sometimes sound, particularly with a rosewood board. When you kick in the preamp, as you would expect, you can really move some air on the bass end. The treble boost isn't as overpowering as on the Jazz, you can actually use it quite a bit. It is a hybrid so it has the Jazz style neck. Because of this 2-band preamp you can actually boost it so that you get a very "jazz-like" sound out of it, making it a very versatile bass.
Weighs only 9.4 lbs, and comes with the Sadowsky case. Condition wise I'd say it's a 9/10 - there are only two VERY small dings in the body that I can't get to show up on the camera very well.
I have the 59' burst version of this bass! These basses are incredible! If there is a better sounding bass on the market today I want to hear it! Someone is going to get a fantastic deal at this price!
