This is going to make me sick, but current finances once again dictate listing this baby for sale.
Sadowsky Metro Hybrid RV4 P/J 4-string
I bought this new in December, 2007 and have been the only owner (and only player.) It was played out about 10 dates per year in '08 and '09 and just a handful so far in '10. I rarely practice with this bass, so between gigs it stays in either the Sadowsky case or a Mono gig bag. My home is non-smoking.

Currently strung with 2-yr. old LaBella Deep Talkin' Bass Flatwounds (.45 - .105) for that vintage sound. But this bass is a master of disguises - depending on the strings, playing style, and preamp settings, you can get just about any tone out of this bass.
There is very slight playing wear, as you would expect for a bass this age. There is only one ding in the body - a small indent just above the end strap button, on the back edge of the body.
One other note: when I received the bass new, I noticed some slightly darker areas on the fretboard (each less than an inch) which almost look like a slight stain. I contacted the dealer about it, but they basically said to use lighter fluid to clean the spots. I was hesitant to do that, so I just left it. It really isn't noticeable unless you're right up close with good lighting. It almost blends into the grain pattern of the rosewood. But I thought I'd mention anyway.
This an extreme close-up of the fretboard spots, taken the day after I received it. This is around the 15th - 17th fret area.
The bass currently has Dunlop (I think) Straplocks - I can sell with those installed and include the originals, or if you don't want the Straplocks, I can reinstall the originals and keep the Dunlops.
I noticed some slight surface scuffing on the low-side P-bass pickup cover, must be from "digging in" on the lower strings now & then.
The case still has that yummy fresh lacquer smell.
These are selling for $2250 new, and depending on the current stock levels, could take awhile to find this color/wood combo in a new one.
