Sadowsky MS4 in '59 burst with VTC and Gator HSC or gig bag - your choice. Original papers & warranty included. Body wood is swamp ash and pups are Sadowsky Humcancelling Js. It sounds absolutely fantastic and plays very well. I looked really hard for any flaws on this bass, and only found a couple. Both are shown in the pictures at Photobucket. There are two small scuff marks right behind the bridge (looks like it was from a sloppy string change where the string scuffed the body). There is another mark on the back of the body in the "tummy cutout", which is shown in one of the pictures. It's looks worse in the picture than if you were actually looking at the bass. It's actually not that noticeable. Also, it weighs in at 9.0 on my bathroom scale, so I think it must be somewhere between 8.75 and 9.25 lbs. I believe it was made in 2004 or 2005 based on the serial number (I believe the Metro line was started in 2004, and this has a fairly low serial #). MORE PHOTOS
$1,400 shipped in the US.

Great bass at a great price. | Right? Thanks for the bump, LeonD. I have another one on hold as soon as this one sells or I win the lottery, whichever comes first...

But after replacing a tone pot (finally) on my fender custom shop, between that and my Jaco, im pretty busy...thanks & praises to The Most High for His Gifts &Blessings

I was blown away, but too prefer the pickguard, so I found a 2007 and did a partial trade/cash deal. Sadowskys are like a Fender custom "plus" I actually like the feel & sound better than my fender custom (Im becoming a heretic!)
