Sadowsky Metro MV4 J/J bass, trans black, black/gray/multi pickguard, ash body, maple neck. 9 lbs. - definitely on the lighter side for a Metro. Not so much as a fingerprint on it.

Sadowsky has a mandated fixed new price of $2325 for this bass. As I live in an extreme corner of the CONUS, the shipping costs can vary greatly. Asking $1800 shipped CONUS, or $1700 plus shipping. It comes with a Sadowsky ultra-light hardshell case. The case is great. It is a rectangular zippered-canvas thing with rigid support and inside it is plush green with a neck support.
This bass is less than two weeks old, bought new, never displayed in the showroom where I bought it, played in my house about 5 times. It sounds great, can blow the wall down with its powerful sound, plus you can dial in many different tones. Identical to Sadowsky NYC electronics with VTC, active/passive, treble/bass gain only preamp. This is in absolutely perfect condition, it's just too similar to other basses I already own. At the time I bought it, it appeared my main bass that I've played for a long time would be out of commission for a while, so I bought this to fill an immediate need that never materialized in the end, hence the sale offer while still pristine.
I am not in the business of trading basses, this is a one-off thing. I am not currently on PayPal, but would consider signing up to make the deal happen. Would prefer certified funds, however. In any case, I'll provide a legally correct bill of sale to protect all parties. I want to find this bass a good home and get it sold.
