Bought this beauty (Serial #M2252) from Bass Central in December 2009. And never thought I'd part with it, until a decision to rejigger my bass arsenal kicked in. Included is an upgraded white perloid pickguard (will include the original white as well); a Sadowsky Ultralight Case; and Dunlop Straplocks.
The bass is in near-mint condition. Only blemishes are a tiny, comma-shaped mark 1 1/4 inches above the bridge pickup (see photo in subsequent post, with finger pointing) and a virtually undetectable, colorless line in the finish on the rear of the bass from a belt buckle or something (visible only when you hold up the bass up in the air to a bright light and search for it for several seconds). The bass has been kept in a smoke-free home and lovingly cared for.
If you've ever played or heard a Sadowsky, you know what you're getting. Just amazing tone and versatility.
This Sadowsky Metro RV4 has: An alder body; a maple neck with rosewood fingerboard; Sadowsky hum-canceling pickups; and a 2-band pre-amp with VTC (Vintage tone Control). The bass weighs 9 to 9.2 pounds.

I would sell both basses for $3,100 shipped... I'd also consider trades for certain Fender Jazz, Lakland or Gretsch basses if it meant at least $1,600 in cash for me. So, for example, $1,800 in cash and a bass worth $1,300 from you; the Mike Lull and the Sadowsky from me, you get the picture.
