FS: Sadowsky MV5 '59 Burst w/ extras

Sadly, i'm not playing bass anymore, so I should find this one a good home.

Sadowsky MV5 '59 burst. The bass is in near perfect condition. No scratches, chips, dings, etc. only the pickguard and plastic pup covers show light wear from picks/strings. Amazing bass, sounds great, light weight (i'll try go get accurate weight later). Right now it's set up with DR Black Beauties which still have plenty of life in them. It's also got a tort guard with black screws, however chrome screws are also included.

Includes Sadowsky Case, bridge/trussrod tools, a second Mint colored pickguard, a brand new full set of R. Cocco strings still in the packaging.

Not looking for any trades. $1950 shipped CONUS

thanks for looking, let me know if you would like to see any additional pictures. sorry that my camera does a terrible job with the sunburst. it really is a gorgeous '59 burst, not harsh tri-burst looking like the pictures make it look.

notfamilarwithsadowskiesdumbquestion#1 - Is there routing under the pickguard, or would a clear pickguard [or none at all] work?.....thanks!

No route up front - cavity is on the back. Clear/no pickguard is fine if you don't mind the existing screw holes.

with the guard removed, you'll see the screw holes, but with a clear guard it would look pretty cool. Here she is with the guard off. sorry for the crappy cell phone shot. pic shows glares /smudges from handling.

Looks beautiful like this
I think I'd remove the guard and go for the Jaco look.

That the same bass? The top photos show 3-tone burst the bottom photos look like 2-tone.

Exact same bass. Red tones are a nightmare for heater cameras and especially in changing light. I'll try to get some more shots of he bass in natural light.
