This shouldn't take long to part with Pedulla-Player.

The only trades I would consider would be for an high end bass head (Aggie DB751 , Mesa M9 , or Mesa Titan V12) plus cash to boot. If you have a different high end bass head other than what I mentioned you can give me an offer and I can look into it and I'll get back to you after I do a little research. Not interested in any bass trades because I'm only looking to upgrade my amplifier situation.
Any amp head traded towards this bass must be less than 2 years old and in like new condition (Same as the Skjold).
Please feel free to contact me with any questions or trade offers.
If you need more info or have questions about this bass I'm sure Pete (Skjold) wouldn't mind if you contacted him about Jerome's bass and he could tell you how much it would cost new and the waiting period to have this bass made if you placed an order for it today. Prices keep going up due to high demand , the time involved to create these masterpieces , and the high quality wood , electronics , and hardware used to create a Skjold bass.
Thanks for looking! I know someone out there needs an AWESOME Skjold bass - used ones at this price and condition don't turn up very often ~ Don't miss out or you may .

The main reason I'm selling this bass is because I'm gassing for a new bass rig , and I'd like to purchase a new Mesa head. I'm trading in my two 4x10 cabs real soon for a Berg NV412 and I have to drive 4+ hours (one way) to Milwaukee to do so. While I'm down there I'd like to pick up the Mesa head instead of driving back down there again when this bass sells.
I dare you to find another bass of this magnitude for a price this low. If you do tell me about it because I'd love to see it.

This is truly a great price!!I hope it finds a good home.

Pete | Pete - Your basses are more than fairly priced for the time involved to create these masterpieces. Not to mention the craftmanship and materials (wood, hardware, and electronics) used to build them. They are beautiful basses that play and sound Incredible. I'm sure some people buy them just to hang them on their wall to admire as "pieces of art".
Thanks Pete for your input and Great customer support! He truly cares for his basses both before and after the sale.

Pete | Pete,
What's the fret size on this one?
Thx. |

This bass was actually the bass I sent to Damian Erskine so he could try it and see what we wanted to change. He played it for a couple of weeks and then we were able to narrow down the changes he wanted like scale length, body woods and so on. This was the bass that got the ball rolling.

I purchased this bass from the original owner Alphaman this past October. At that time I also traded my bass rig in for a different one. While I was more than satisfied with the Skjold - I can't say the same about my new bass rig.
The two reasons that I'm selling the Skjold are because the only way my wife will let me spend any more money on bass gear is if I sell something that will pay for my new purchase. I honestly don't blame her because I have spent a lot of money on bass gear the last couple years. The other reason is because I like to slap and pop in some of our songs and I am having a hard time doing that on a 6 string because I've been playing 4 strings for 25 years. Down the road I do plan on getting a 5 string Skjold because they are such incredible basses. It's not the low "B" that messes with my slapping it's the high "C" string that throws me for a loop. As far as my finger playing goes - This bass makes me a better player because it plays and sounds so good.
I'll provide a link to Alphamans post when he was selling this bass. http://www.talkbass.com/forum/f126/fs-skjold-custom-6-new-perfect-condition-666365-post9265230/
Thanks to everyone who contacted me about this bass - hopefully we can work something out.

I wish I could help you , but all I can say is that you won't be disappointed with it's sound , controls , playability or craftsmanship. Just ask anyone who owns a Skjold.
