Wow, a lot of these suddenly popped up over the past couple days, but I shan't be deterred! This guy was recently picked up from TBer Georynn in a trade. It sounds amazing ((quarter pounder installed!)) and plays like butter. The neck is straight, the frets are level, and the action is low. The back of the neck even feels super smooth and worn in.
For the most part the bass is in great shape, however, in transit from Georynn to me it did sustain a bit of finish damage on the upper horn. It isn't the worst damage in the world and is only visible to the player, but it is there and is the only thing that takes away from the bass's almost new appearance. The damage will be well documented when I get to take pictures.
Mods include:
Seymour Duncan Quarter Pounders
Brass saddles
Price is firm at $250 + Shipping, no trades. This price includes the original pickup and a spare bridge with the original saddles.
New pics ((including documentation of the finish damage)) will arrive soon, but in the meantime here are a couple of Georynn's...
