FS: Squier Deluxe Active J V, massive upgrades

I'm going to just start by saying this, right off the bat:
This is the best sounding bass I own right now.
I have a US Dlx J and a Stingray 5 and as much as I love the tone of those, this bass has more versatility.

ANYWAY, I've got the bug for change and have set my sights on something else in the same vein as this, so I've decided to give up this amazing beast...

THE SQUIERDOWSKY II

I started with a stock Squier DAJV. While a wonderful bass in its own right (amazing tone from the phenolic board, solid wood body, sturdy bridge, etc), it's also a fantastic bass for upgrades.

I installed a set of Sadowsky Humcancelling pickups in it. These are a high output pickup and really capture the Hi-Fi super J tone to a tee.

I also installed an Aguilar OBP-3 preamp in it. This is fast becoming my favorite pre, as it is versatile, easy to work with, doesn't color tone much and is just a great device.
In addition, the bass is set up with 3 push/pull pots for added sonic capabilities. The control layout is:

VOLUME N (pull for series/parallel of the pickups)
VOLUME B (pull for preamp bypass)
TONE (works in both modes)
BASS
MID (pull for mid freq shift)
TREBLE

It's wired 18V (one battery in the battery cavity, one in controls). The bass came with shielding paint, so it's very quiet.
There's also a Hipshot string tree, for easy string changes.

The action is set very low and the neck is dead straight. Slight buzz if you dig in, but smooooooooth playing. There are no pokey-frets and never will be, thanks to the fingerboard material.
19mm Bridge spacing
9.875 lbs
1 scratch by the output jack, very minor nicks here and there, but looks new from 5 feet away.
The switch hole is plugged and was going to be a switch of some sort, but I never got to it. The plug is not glued in and doesn't fall out.
Strings are like new.

You could build yourself one of the new, any day of the week, brand new for $790. But that wouldn't include the labor. So how about...

$375 + shipping and I'll include the SKB case with it.
(or $330 + shipping, no case. You know, the price of a new one... with no upgrades )
Paypal only, no trades.
I'll ship international, but size limits may not accept the case dimensions, so be advised. It may have to ship in pieces as well.
PM for a shipping quote and include a ZIP CODE.

Here's some pics I JUST took.

This is a clip from the last one I built up (same parts):
(sorry for the poor quality, but it runs through the changes)

(And the pickguard on that one was just a MIM 4 string, mod'd. Diff pickup location on this, though. Weird.)
(SWR WM10, turned down low, into a Kodak Camera)

This is the one I just did. Pic and sound kinda blows, but you get the idea... GK MB500 and Aguilar GS212

That bass sounds killer! I had one a few years back, the phenolic fingerboard was very smooth and easy to play. If this was black, it would be gone... Okay I'll still consider it

I freaking LOVE the sound of Phenolic boards!
Plus, the necks stay a lot truer, frets don't poke out with weather changes, and there's less likelihood of a warp developing (I think!).

If this were a White one, I wouldn't sell it. Funny how colors can make such a difference, right?
