FS: Stagg EDB 3/4 Violinburst SOLD!

SOLD!

I know I will regret getting rid of this bass, but that's my issue to deal with. Up for sale is a great reasonably priced EDB. I suggest searching here on TB for reviews of these basses. Comes with gig bag, both metal brackets and original box. Some of the other cool features are the 1/8" jack input for MP3 players or any audio. It's great for practicing with the headphone jack. It's setup for finger play but can be bowed as well. There's a nice video on YouTube that gives a good demo of it's capability.

Also I've included a brief MP3 sample of a cut from my latest release that I think showcases the tonal content of this EUB. A little ditty titled "Hosed Again By The D-Bags". CLICK HERE.

It's sound had been described as a cross between an upright and a electric fretless bass, and I would agree with that.

There is only 1 ding/chip on the right side and it was in the black so it's really hard to notice, I did my best to get a picture of it. I did also remove the strap button on the heel of the neck that was just in the way.

I would like $425 shipped to the Continental US. Elsewhere we can discuss additional shipping costs. PayPal preferred for payment.

Thanks,
Dirk

Mostly solid, of course there is some routing for the electronics.
Thanks for asking.

Thanks for the bump, they are indeed an incredible deal, and a great playing and sounding EUB.

Price Drop $425 shipped to the Continental US.
I'd rather not have to take this to the Bay.
Thanks for looking!

Going to the Bay on Sunday if one of my brothers or sisters here don't take it. I'd much rather keep it in the family.
Thanks for looking,
Dirk

It just has an endpin, but I'm sure you could mount it to a stand somehow. But with the metal arm on the upper bout it fits and stays put very well and fits about like a real upright.

Thanks,
Dirk

Just a sidenote
I have seen ppl use the bottom part of a snare stand to hold the Stagg upright
thats about $25 bucks for a Gibraltar or even free if you have a friend with a broken tom or snare stand vs the 80 bucks for the official Stagg stand

these suckers do sound good from what I have seen and heard
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kL73z...eature=related
and the radiused fingerboard is suitable for both arco and pizz

great to get your feet wet on
Wish I had the dough but good luck on the sale!!!!
