FS: Stambaugh Single Cut 5 34" w/midi

Price Drop: Asking 2000+shipping, firm.

Up for sale is a basically like new Stambaugh 5 string. This one is fully loaded, more than any bass I have had in the past. I am moving to a six string so this one is for sale. Here are the specs and pictures. Please take note that the pictures are a little brighter than it looks in person.

If these pickups are not desired, Chris is willing to put in Bartolini soapbar style pickups free of charge. I would just send him the bass, and have the work done.

This bass cost 4000 flat brand new and I am asking 2200 plus shipping. It took a period of one year to build. It is also currently tuned E-C, but that would be trivial to change. The bass plays great, sounds great, etc. If you have any questions please feel free to PM me or email me at jmorante at live ... com (trying to avoid spam bots here of course). No trades on this please, I already have a six string I am using.

Hi Miles-

I had a sound clip with some not so great playing on it, I might be able to find it.

The bass is in San Diego, it weighs 10 pounds flat. You can contact me through PM if you want any more info.

A couple questions:

* How does the MIDI output work? Is it basically a built-in Roland GK-3 or what?
* Any recordings?
