FS: Status 4-String With Side LED's

Sign in to disble this ad
Here's a gem out of my "Closet Clearance Sale". It's a Status Graphite 4-string bass in a blue/green color. There are 2 Hyperactive pickups. The rotary controls are pickup blend, volume, treble and bass. There is a bright switch and a switch for the LED's. The circuit board is the #200 board and it is 9 volt. The graphite neck is bolt-on. The only cosmetic issue that I could see is a little ding by the control cavity cover. You can see it in the picture of the back of the bass by the middle screw. It comes with the standard Hiscox case, and I also have the original instruction sheet, customer questionnaire sheet and the Status players sheet. I'm asking $1750 shipped with insurance CONUS.

Price Drop!

I'm dropping the price to $1750.00 shipped CONUS. This is the absolute lowest that I will go. If she doesn't sell, I'll keep her.

Let's try $1750.00 shipped CONUS. C'mon people, the LED upgrade alone is about $600.00!

Last Price Drop Before Ebay!

Let's go $1750.00 shipped CONUS. This is definitely the last price drop before going to Ebay.

How would you describe the neck -- slim like a Jazz, chunky like a P?

The neck is not like a Jazz or a Precision exactly. I will get you some measurements late tomorrow, but I believe that the nut is 1 11/16". It's also real shallow, so it's very comfortable. The graphite is extremely responsive and fast. Thanks, Ron

Off to Ebay soon

OK folks, if this doesn't sell this week it's Ebay bound. These are outstanding basses and the necks are so easy to play. Someone should jump on it at this price.

Unfortunately, Status basses can be a real pain to sell on this side of the pond. It's too bad, as they are wonderful instruments. Good luck with the sale.

That seems to be true. If these basses were made in the US, people would be going crazy over them!
