FS: Status "Groove Bass" in mint condition

Sign in to disble this ad
Hi,

I'm selling a 4-string Status Groove Bass, with graphite neck and hard shell case. It was originally bought in Europe, but is now in the States. Not a damned thing wrong with it, and it plays wonderfully; It's just that between my Hofner, Zon and Fender P, I've pretty much got all my bases covered. It seems like a shame to have such a nice bass not being put to use.

$500

You got the right picture, cause that's no graphite neck.

I agree, it doesn't look graphite so I've added a new photo of the headstock.

Sorry but "Status Graphite" is the name of the company. This is an all-wood instrument....I'm not even sure if it has graphite reinforcements. Still a nice bass, though.

Yep, Status-Graphite is the name of the company and the Groove is definitely a wooden neck bass.

Still, a very nice bass and a fair price.

I owned of these in a five string and it copped the best Stingray tone I've heard. They are all wood but very nice basses. That pickup is huge; it is like three jazz bass picks squished into one giant pickup.

That's the rip-off....its not a pickup, its a Kit-Kat bar.
