Ok, I have one of the spirit basses that I bought for an '80s band I was in. It is in good shape - a few light scratches on the back. It has the d-tuner bridge AND has a pivot plate of my own construction . It is made of black tinted acrylic. This REALLY corrected the balance issues with this model.
Passive - Vol, Vol, Tone (it has a preamp in the photo) and includes the original gig bag and 3 original strap buttons.

The strap is held with chicago screws and washers. Works great!

I found a good photo of the real thing, enlarged it to the correct dimension, and cut the shape out, so its pretty close to the real shape.
