Some people like these, and some don't.
I thought it was great as far as weight, size, playability, finish, looks, etc.
I thought the sustain was great, and the sound good but not great.
Then I played it live just to show it off and, WOW, what a sound.
It's modern enough and beefy enough - a very good balance and great presence.
I've sold a lot of bass gear to support my need for food, and this is one of the holdouts.

Cool bass, I have owned a couple of them and was never dissapointed with the sound or playability.
