FS - Steve Harris Signature Clone

Minty fresh just in time for Christmas.

The title says it all, but here are some specs:

Maple/Maple neck
Graphite nut 1 5/8"
Genuin Fender tuners
Alder body
BAII Bridge
Dunlop Straplocks
SD SBP-1 pickups
CTS pots
Orange drop .047uF tone cap
Chrome/Mirror Pickguard
Curt Mangan Fusion Matched Chrome flat wound strings.
Genuin Fender Chrome knobs


This bass has been treated to all of the "up-grades" you don't find on an "off the shelf" bass including;

A Complete pro setup and complete fret dress. (levelling, crowned and dressed edges and rounded fret board edges)

All of the body cavities have completely sheilded and grounded. Wiring was done using vintage "push back" cloth covered wiring.

This bass has lots of "clank".

I must disclose this bass was assembled using some new and some used parts. the body, neck and bridge were used but in great shape. (the neck has been sanded and refinished) All of the other parts including the pickups, pickguard, electronics and hardware are all brand new parts.

Thanks Richard!! After sanding off the original finish, the "True oil" really made the grain pop out!

Tons of interest in this right out the shoot, but still no deal.

I would put this up against the real thing anyday, in fact I would put it up against a "custom shop" bass anyday.

I'll give ya'll one little price drop bump, but after this weekend it goes onto the other monstrously mounstrous auction site.

Today through Sunday I'll sell this for $400 plus shipping.

Got some possible deals working on this, but still available for now. Check prices, look at other Steve Harris "clones". this one gives you all the features without the price.

This is not an off the shelf "assembly line" bass. It was hand built and has had a pro setup. So you can be assured that it will play amazing when you get it.

If it doesn't sell this weekend it will go up on the bay for $599 first thing Monday.
