This bass is in pristine condition, cleaner than most new basses you'll find in a showroom. Its got great tone and a great look. Unfortunately for me, there is about 1/16" more relief on the bass side than on the treble side, so I can't get it set up the way I like (super low). For anybody that likes a medium action, its should be fine, and you can take advantage of a very low price I'm offering due to this issue. $1100 shipped.

Comes with original hardshell case, a fresh set of hi-beams installed, and a medium setup.

Any twisting in the neck that could be the problem with getting the right setup?

I recon a Plek job would probably get rid of the twist, pricing this low enough that the buyer has options on getting a fix while staying under market price. Or if somebody doesn't mind it, they're laughing on the great deal. This thing has tone for days, not at all like a normal SR4.
