This is a sweet bass, and frankly, I'm not sure I want to do this, but I am P-bass gassing.
This is an SX Jazz bass that looks much like a '75 Fender Jazz.
It has real block inlays and a bound neck. The neck is perfect... has no dents, dings or sloppy frets. It is finished in a high gloss.
The fretwork on this bass is excellent, there are no high frets and no fret buzz. Truss rod works fine, but I have not needed to adjust it much... neck is very flat. The tuners are better quality than you would expect, they are tight, feel solid and hold tune.
It has an ash body, and is sea foam green. It has the following upgraded parts:
DiMarzio Area J pickups
Audere Preamp (V,V,T,B)
Vintage Fender bridge w/ threaded saddles
I have owned probably twenty jazz basses over the last ten years, from various makers including some really high end and vintage stuff. This bass hangs with all of them and is close to the top of my list in terms of feel and playability.
You will be blown away.
