FS/T: Human Base BaseX.oc5 - Honey Burst

ZOMG SOLD!!

Got this in a trade and i think i'm going to have more need for a micro amp to take to practices and such. That, and i've committed to the purchase of another bass and selling this would help get that taken care of.

Check this vid of Ed F doing a review on this bass. It can explain the killer sound of this bass better than i could if i had a whole page to write.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q3r6GAqHu4E

This one has a couple nicks in one spot, as seen in the pics. There are some variations in the wood that show through the finish, but i don't consider that a flaw. One of the bass side tuners has a broken 'washer.' It is the small white plastic piece that goes between the tuner key and the shaft of the tuner. Praxis (the distributor) is sending me a new one.

Comes with a Human Base gigbag, strung with a new set of DR steel LoRiders 45-130 and a new tuner for the B string (if bass sells before i receive the tuner, i will forward it along at no cost to the buyer).

Priced to sell: $950 + actual shipping via my Fedex account. Paypal accepted.
Trades: Micro heads + cash on your end (if necessary). I'm really looking for a ShuttleMax 12, but I'll also consider trades for a Boss GT10B or Boss RC50. Send me those offers!

There are hi-res pics here...clicky.

I suppose it almost reminds me of a Lakland neck...DJ5ish maybe. The bridge spacing is a bit small right now, but it is adjustable.

And I can take your word on that, being a Lakland junkie!

lol perhaps. i'd say nothing is better than a direct comparison (which i can't do since i only have a 4 string SR right now in addition to the HB). It's best to formulate your own opinion.

not to mention this one is 24 frets, so that's unlike a lakland for sure.

I watched the Ed Friedland's review of the bass and oh, I love how it sounds, it makes it tickle even through the PC's desktop speakers.
Have to find and try one but never heard of anybody within reach to have or have had one
