| FS/T: Lakland Skyline DJ4 "Adam Clayton"

For sale or trade is my Lakland Skyline "Adam Clayton" DJ4. This is a 2008 model. I am the original owner. The bass has fairly low hours on it, especially for a 2008 model. I sent this instrument to the Lakland factory earlier this year to have it PLEK'ed as I had a few frets that were a little high, preventing me from getting a low action when I wanted it. Medium action it was fine though. After having it PLEK'ed, this thing goes low if required.
The bass has a 3-band Audere preamp installed, but I also have the original passive electronics on another plate that I'll ship with the bass. Pickups are Lakland single coils. It sounds wonderful.
The neck and body are in perfect shape for a used bass. No dings on the instrument anywhere, at all, period. The Black pickguard has swirlies around the knobs from typical use, as well as near the strings where fingers and fingernails touch it. Nothing unusual at all. Check my feedback. When I say something is "mint" or "perfect", I really mean it.
The neck is very stable. I've had zero issues with movement or instability while owning it, and I live on the humid Gulf Coast. The neck is still clean, and has that wonderful and smooth finish on it that Lakland is known for.
I've put a shielding job on the cavity and under the pick guard with copper foil tape to make it as quiet as possible. No noise issues here.
Price including Shipping to ConUS: $950 with Audere Pre installed.
If you don't want the Audere, I'll put the passive controls back in (vol, vol, tone) and let it go for $850.
Trades: The ONLY trade I'll consider is a Lakland 55-02 with Lakland electronics. I'm open to some color combos and closed to others, but PM me with what you have and we'll see. No other basses so please don't ask. Thanks!
