FS: Three G&L L-2000s

I’ve been on a search for the perfect L-2000 and finally found it. Time to sell off those that didn’t make the cut. These are all really great basses but they don’t fit me as well as the one I’m keeping.

All prices include shipping in the 48 states only. I'll ship elsewhere but you pay the extra.

The ONLY trades I'm interested in are:
-Mike Lull P4 with P width neck, brazilian rosewood fingerboard only
-17th Street 5 string or 4 string
-LowEnd LEP4 with P width neck, rosewood board
-G&L L-2000, with 6 bolt neck and mahogany body only, 9.5 lbs or less

Second is a new condition Made in USA G&L L-2000K. It was custom built for me in 2009, no marks or damage anywhere on this bass, it looks and plays like brand new. The body is alder with the now discontinued Metallic Gold finish. This is a really fantastic color, very bright gold. The neck is quartersawn maple with a rosewood fingerboard, J width at the nut (1.5” wide) and the radius is 12” (#8 neck). This is one of the lightest weight L-2000s you will ever find at 8.6 lbs. The K means that it came from the factory with the 3 way coil selector switch for series/single coil/parallel. The single coil setting sounds really great, more Fendery than G&Ls usually do. Comes in a clean older G&L molded hardcase.

Price is $950 shipped SOLD

Sadly the pics do not seem to be working for me, nor is there an active link in the empty boxes... But my computer has been acting badly lately.

Yes it is, the gold metallic and the natural ash were both pleked at the factory. I think the burst was built before they got the plek machine.

Whew.

I would probably stop my ultimate search with any one of those.

If you ever decide to post pics of the bass you ARE keeping, could you wait until I'm dressed so I don't have an accident?
