Why "Time Capsule"? Is that a particular model? Sorry...it's just that I've never heard of these before.

Sorry, the time capsule reference just meant that its essentially a NOS bass from 1997. I think most people would consider this a 10/10, but there's a couple slight things that keep it from being perfect. Definitely in better shape then a 2008 floor model though.

Yeah, this is my third in that combo. Only reason I'm selling it is that its in perfect condition. Bought it off of craigslist thinking it would be beat up, '97 and all. I gig in bars all the time, I can't be playing this out. Best playing/sounding P I've ever had, but I'm sticking to my scratched up '77-78.

I'll give you an email if it falls through. Think I'm playing in Richmond on Saturday actually. You prob shouldn't buy a bass in new condition though James, I got most of the pick marks buffed out on the '78 you sold me.
