For sale: 06/08 Lakland Skyline Darryl Jones 5 string bass. 35" scale, Metallic black sparkle finish, rosewood fboard, Lakland pickups, Lakland gig bag. Upgraded with Audere preamp (Vol, stacked blend/mid, stacked treble/bass, Z-mode switch) and white pearloid pickguard (which really looks great with the blocks, IMO). Un-scientific bathroom scale weight is just over 9 pounds. Instrument is as new, with no issues. Just completely gone over and setup by my luthier and has brand new DR ss High Beams. I do not have the passive controls or original plain white pickguard. This is a killer bass! $1150.00 shipped in U.S. 48 states only. Love the upgrades. The Audere is what, $150? Plus $40 or so for the gigbag, another $50 for the upgraded guard, $30 or so for some killer strings and shipping is included? $1,150 would be a good price without these upgrades!
