FS: U.S. Masters EP55 5 string Ex.

I'm moving out of the country so some painfully chosen things have to go.

This is a super nice US Masters 5 string bass with flamed maple top and what I think is a lacewood body.

Birdseye fingerboard and neck. Kent Armstrong pickups and Aguilar OBP-3 preamp.
The neck is 35" scale with Sperzel tuners.
Recent D'Addario stainless strings.
Here is a link for all the technical details:
The EP45 & 55 Bass from U.S. Masters High Performance Bass Series

It comes with a recent setup and fret dressing (frets are like new) professionally done.
There is a small 1/4' ding on the back, otherwise I would call it mint condition.
A padded Roadrunner gigbag is included.

$650 shipped CONUS. Paypal only please.

Nice bass! I've been hearing and reading some good things about US Masters basses! How does your bass sound compared to, say, a Ken Smith?

Nice! Wish I had the dough. I never see these come up and I've heard a lot of good about these basses.
I know the OBP is good...
I hear the Armstrongs are great...
And it's a beauty!

Beautiful bass. Free bump from a former US Masters owner.

I've always loved the unique way they do the stripes in the top.

Outstanding craftsmanship, outstanding feel. I'm not saying this particular bass is light, but mine had a one-piece solid mahogany body and it still weighed in at 7 lbs! Be careful, these basses will spoil you.

I would love to sell this bass today, as I'm nearing my final countdown to launch to my retirement in the Philippines.

Sooooooo..... I will consider trades - worst I can say is no. If you are able to pick it up in New London , CT I'll do it for $600 cash, otherwise $650 shipped Paypal only.

It's sold. Thanks for all the interest.
I will have a bunch of other deals on bass stuff as soon as I can get the pics up. All stuff I can't bring with me on my move.

so glad this sold... was failing to resist the urge to buy it. NICE instruments. I played a US Masters used at GC once, didn't buy it, and it sold the next day. Regretted that ever since.
