As revamping of Spector's 1983 NS model, this 2-piece curly maple body has the same classic curved shape designed by Ned Steinberger in 1976. It features the deep inset 5-bolt neck, 3-piece maple neck with graphite stiffening rods, and a heavy-duty truss rod. This bass has upgraded Gary Willis Ibanez tuners, a Hipshot B style bridge, Strap locks, and the EMG BQC 2 band preamp (9v setup). EMG-SJ Jazz pickup in the neck, and an EMG-40CSTW in the bridge. The EMG-40CSTW is an active EMG Dual Mode pickup that provides a very credible vintage J sound in the Single Mode and a very aggressive tone in the Full Humbucking mode (via. push/pull on the volume knob).

I got this bass in a trade with TB'er Superflybass. I love this bass, it is super comfortable and is the lightest bass I've ever owned at 7.5 Lbs! The 35" scale makes this B string very punchy. It's even got a brand spanking new set of DR Highbeams on it. I'm behind on some bills and really could use the cash as many of us probably do ... I would be hurting myself to sell it at this price, but I really need to move this thing. How about $1250./OBO Shipped including paypal fees? Why buy a Euro when you can get a US for the same price? I'm able to accommodate a soundclip or whatever is needed. Please let me know if there's any questions you may need via. PM. Thanks!
