Here is one I thought I'd hang onto for a while! Need to pay some bills, so as much as I love this bass, it has to go. For those unfamiliar with these basses, they were made in the US during the turn of the millennium (circa 2000-2003ish). They are very high quality, and feel and sound great! Maple neck with maple fingerboard, alder body, finished in Peacock Blue Metallic. Gotoh-style tuners, and I've installed a black Gotoh detuner. I'll include the original tuner as well. Hipshot A-style bridge, stacked humbucker at the neck, Peavey VFL at the bridge, and the popular Millennium preamp, which includes bass, treble and para mids, which is quite versatile. This has a 35" scale, and is very comfortable to play. I would estimate the weight to be around 8.5-9 lbs.
Overall in really good condition, although it's not perfect. There are some dings and scratches, but nothing major.
No case or gig bag, but I'll pack this very well.
Asking $300 shipped east of the Mississippi, $300 + shipping west, or international. Staying with me, for now!
PM me with any questions! Thanks!
This ding is on the top edge of the bass, near where your arm would rest.
This ding is on the top edge of the upper horn.
Here are some scratches on the back of the bass, near the tummy contour.
