Hello guys,
MY MISTAKE!! It's a 1985 Wal Mk1 Fretless - Wenge Top, Mahogany Body, Ebony board. Action is LOW, sounds incredible! THE fretless sound from deep upright tones to jaco mwah, you know nothing sounds like a Wal!
This bass is in excellent condition, no electronic, neck, or structural issues whatsoever. A small finish crack on the back of the headstock, and a 'dimple' in the body top, both of which are a result of this bass being played for the last 27 years.
Believe me, I am NOT wanting to get rid of this, and I have other gear for sale that if it goes first, I WILL be keeping this. $5000 $4400obo Wire transfer or Bank draft Shipped in the US/Canada in an SKB case. I have done a few transactions with TB members- overseas transactions, as well as driving long distances for everyone to be happy, and I'm open to International sales so long as shipping/insurance is paid. The only bass tougher to find than a Wal is a FRETLESS Wal! This one plays perfect and you WILL be disappointed with every other fretless after playing it- I promise! |
