Hey all,

I didn't get into the band I wanted to get into, so I don't need this bass anymore! My fretless will be here this week and it will serve me just fine. Plus, I lost my job and my brakes gave out on my car so... EXPENSES!!!

This bass is an amazing player. It has beautiful aggressive tone; When I was playing it with the band last week I was able to get very close to a Juan Alderete/Tim Commerford tone. Tim says he prefers ash bodies because of the tighter low end... This bass has a bunch of wear but it does not effect the playability at all. The wear is mainly on the back from my hardcore days when I wore those dumb spiked belts... I will try to get pics of it with my friends digital camera as I have a hard time getting the wear to show up in pictures.

NO TRADES. I NEED CASH, AND I HAVE EVERYTHING I NEED. I WILL NOT RESPOND TO TRADE OFFERS. Thanks guys.

Anyway, here are the specs:

-Ash Body
-Maple Neck, Maple Fingerboard w/ Satin finish
-Stainless Steel 6230 (vintage sized) frets
-Dimarzio Model J pickups
-Black Hardware: Schaller tuners (stay in tune forever! it's ridiculous), Allparts high mass/quick release bridge
-Planet Waves shielded jack

I wouldn't like to do that

Unless I could get buyers for every part. What were you interested in?

Could you show pictures of the backwear and would you be willing to ship with a case?

I am going to try to get pictures of the wear later today. Yes, it will include a hardshell case.

Also, there is a filled hole in the headstock where a hole was drilled too far for a tuner. It has been filled and is barely noticeable.

I'm interested in the neck and tuners if you decide to go that route

Alright man, I'll keep you in mind. I wouldn't mind keeping the pickups and the knobs, so if somebody wants the body and bridge and control plate...

I have pictures of the back, and if I condensed them small enough to put on this website, you can't see the wear. If you are interested in seeing the wear, e-mail me and I will send them to you. My friend nastynatetpc (on here) says (and I quote), "The wear is not that bad. It's definitely not as bad as the wear on my Made in Mexico Fender P-bass from my belt buckle." (That was some shameless advertising). Just buy it.

Here's the previous listing. There may be more information there.

As for international shipping, I'm up for it as long as the buyer pays for shipping and we have a mutual understanding about honesty with customs and the buyer lets me know about any restrictions on imports.

Thanks for looking!

Does this have a pool route for the neck pickup or can you sport the Jaco look on this bass?

No, I wasn't making an offer, I'm just thinking out loud as to how I can come up with $400

Oh I have gone Jaco on many an occasion with this bass. All Warmoth bodies are routed cleanly and minimally.

And Dolfundgren, I knew haha we are currently pming.

Couple potential buyers, but nothing set in steel.

Sale pending? Maybe? Some guy who joined today sent me a message saying he would buy it. See how it works out.
