TRADED.
This is a used, German-made Warwick Corvette Standard. I got it in a trade and just can't get into it. The only 5 string that I have ever really liked has been my 55-01, so...
The bass has been played and has a few marks, I tried to capture those as best as I can. The bass has a fresh set of Warwick strings, comes in an SKB case and has the proper Warwick book of goodies.
$500 Paypalled and shipped.

Also, how is it so different from your 01? I'm interested, although I might have to sell of my Dirnt before I could pick it up.

As for the differences between it and the 55-01, I just prefer the wider spacing on the 55-01. I've had the 55-01 since 2002 and it's just comfortable.
As for the weight question, I don't own a scale. It is the lightest bass that I own, if that helps at all.

You can enter the entire serial number here: Warwick Basses Amps & Rock'n Roll
to get a detailed production list, including woods used.
I agree that 'Wicks' have a spacing closer to a Stingray, emphasizing the difference between it and the 55-01. Nonetheless, it's a beautiful instrument.

I do tend to prefer 4 strings, but run anything past me.
