With Bridge Coils selected, you get a great J bass tone, clear and articulate. Neck coils selected and you can get some fat motown tones. Both coils and you get a great MusicMan tight midrange punch.
The Nordstrand 3-Band preamp is among the best I've ever played, ever, period. The boost/cut midrange is golden with a push/pull pot for 400hz/1k.
So much versitility in this set-up. Hard to let her go.
