Hello,

I have an Eastwood Hi-Flyer Bass that I would like to part with. The bass is in mint condition. Recently, I had the bass setup by a professional technician.

I live in Montreal Canada. I am looking to sell the instrument for $400 USD for international buyers or $400 CAD for Canadian buyers. Shipping at the buyer's expense.

I am just trying to gauge interest.

You can reply to this thread or PM me if interested.

Thanks SMPerry.

This was my first post ever. I did not have a clue where to put the ad.

Well, the bass has P-90 single coil pickups which have been almost inexistant in basses since the early 70's.

When soloed, the neck pickup sounds warm and hollow like a Gibson EB-0/1/2. The bridge pickup is an interesting exotic sound. It is snarly, grindy and bright like a Jazz Bass bridge pickup both of its own sound. When I play that bass, I usually solo the bridge pickup and I like to play funky stuff with it.

The neck pickup sounds great for any material that was originally played on a Gibson like Jack Bruce's Cream songs for example.

Also, note that the neck has a fairly flat radius. Much flatter than my Jazz Bass. Also, the nut is 1 5/8".

I which you could try it for yourself. It is a unique sounding instrument.
