I'm looking to grab another nice fretless, so once again this bass is on the block
W&T Chronos 35/5
This has been up before a few times and I've always pulled it back. It's an outstanding instrument. 35" B string is superb, and W&T founder Enrico Passini told me this bass has one of the best he has ever played as a luthier and former Fodera dealer.
New, (and this one is in great shape) these are $4500 and the wait is just over 6 months at the moment. I do not believe these pickups are available anymore either. I am looking for $2500 FIRM shipped in the US
, but will consider shipping elsewhere.
The only trade I will consider is for a Pentabuzz with a 17.5mm bridge. Would rather sell and pick out my own though

W&T gig bag
Some pics of it at my house, with my BB75 (not for sale): http://jim777.com/images/basses/woodtron/
I can take as many pics as folks want to see.
This is a review of this exact bass, not a similar one but the very same bass done by our own J. Wolf for Bass Musician magazine: http://bassmusicianmagazine.com/2010...5-string-bass/
On the left here
The Maple / Ash/ Maple neck from the back:
The electronics cover - no screws
The electronics cavity and custom East preamp - note the 3 magnets that hold on the cover (if you don't bite your nails constantly you can get this off when you need to easily - if you do, I've left a guitar pick in the gig bag
