FS: Yamaha BB1600. MIJ! White w/ Gold!

Yamaha BB1600. All original and made in Japan. This bass sounds spectacular and everything works as should. I have owned a BB3000, BB2000, BB1200, and two BB1600 basses and out of them all this white BB1600 was my favorite. Something about the bolt-on neck really made a difference to me versus their neck-through BB line. This is the "cream-of-the-crop" BB bolt-on from this era...the BB1600.

Let me know if you have any questions. The tuners work but are a little loose. The bass holds in tune, I'm just telling you that the tuners turn super easy. Comes with a gig bag and will be double boxed. I'm only selling to help fund a large cabinet purchase for my newly acquired Ampeg V-4b.

PRICE: $525 shipped. Paypal preferred but everything else accepted. Shipping only included in the USA, but I will ship outside of the US.

Better pictures to come tonight!

Nice bass there.

If those are the classic old style Yamaha tuners (which they appear to be), you can tighten them up by turning the ring collar under the tuning key with a special small tool. Most people have to make their own adjustment tools, as the original tools got lost very easily.

(I was fortunate enough to get an older Yamaha a while back that still had the tuner adjustment tool with it. Made my day.)

Yeah...I don't have the adjustment tool. I'll see what I can do. Once the bass is in tune, it holds in tune. They just need a little tighten.
