Bought this bass recently on TB and loved it but unfortunately I need to sell it to fund another bass ( and it will be not the only one to go
).

When I bought it, the tone pot, which is a push/push spring loaded one, was stuck in one position, so, after deciding to keep it, I replaced it with a brand new one and I had all the pot cleaned. I also put on new strings ( DR Fat Beams 40-100 ).
This bass is very versatile, thanks the V/V/T controls and the mentioned 2 position tone pot, which is a coil tap for the 2 pick-ups, you can achieve all kinds of tones. It also maintains for an incredible long time the tune. Comes with its original hard case marked Yamaha Nippon Gakki.
I paid this bass $400 and invested in it a total of $70, therefore I'm asking
