For sale is my Zon Sonus 5/2. I bought this a little over a year ago to try out 5-string but I never adjusted and still only play my 4-strings. This is a killer bass and needs to go to someone who will play it.
The bass has been played and has a few minor cosmetic marks. The worst of which is a scuff mark by the output jack that is not noticeable from the front. I tried to photograph all possible marks, none go through the finish. Previous owner said that it has a replacment neck from zon with a truss rod. The action has been perfect since the day I got it (very low and very easy to play) so I have never actually taken off the neck to check. I can take the neck off and check if it is a deal breaker but I would rather not remove the neck since the bass is set up so well right now.
35" scale, 17mm string spacing, 9.8 lbs on my bath room scale.
The bass comes with a little beat up and sticker covered but fully functional SKB case that I got it in.
