FS: Zon Sonus Custom 5

Here is my Zon Sonus Custom 5 string bass. Spalted maple on swamp ash body. 34" scale. Bartolini HB's with Bartolini preamp. This one has the truss rod and the neck is absolutely straight. This is in excellent condition. Comes with the Zon gig bag. I have it strung E-C and never had to work on the nut.

$2100 shipped CONUS via UPS. Paypal preferred. No trades.

Beautiful bass. Never played a Zon. I'm guessing it's similar to a Modulus? I like the 34" scale...

I've never played a Modulus so I couldn't tell you how similar they are or not.

Zon

My two cents worth, I own Modulus Q5 and Zon 519, Zon blows away Modulus. Tone is not compressed like Modulus

I used to have a Sonus 5 - much more balanced and lighter than the Modulii I've played. SERIOUSLY nice bass - I'd have one now except for the string spacing. I like mine a bit wider.

These are awesome, I have this one's twin brother and I can dial in almost any tone I want. What year is this one Freddels?

It does in fact have a truss rod. Here is a poor quality pic (but it's there).
