4-string Zon Sonus Special. Unlined fretless, with side dots to mark each semitone. From the 90's, before Zon put in truss rods in his necks. It's in really good condition; there's just a small nick in the side of the neck near the fifth "fret" and minor wear on the headstock. Comes with a hardshell case (that itself is well-worn, by my standards).
I bought this used earlier this year and decided I needed to let it go after having to have my car get worked on twice in the interim.
I took the bass to San Francisco Guitar Works a few weeks ago so I could sell it in top condition. I was promptly told that the neck is back-bowed. There are two ways to deal with this:
(1) Have the guys at SFGW plane and coat the board.
(2) Have Joe Zon himself install a truss rod.
