Just got this 5501 on the forum. It's great playing & great sounding. I've just decided to get another Lakland DJ5 or maybe a Nordy VJ5.
Modded and hotrodded w/ Bartolini MK5s and NTMB 5.2 AP preamp. Also sports 55-02 knobs which make it easier to see where the controls are.
Bass is in great shape - no dings or scratches. Weighs just over 9 1/4 lbs. Comes with nicely padded gig bag.
