FSO - Washburn Rudy Sarzo Set Neck $350.00

Here we have a bass that I got off of Craigslist. It's an 80's Washburn B70RS. It's the Set Neck one you've only Heard About! The Seller didn't disclose the Crack where the neck meets the body, so I'll get that outta the way first! Yes, he tried to cover it with Paint.

That being said, I've had this bass for >2 years and it has not gotten any worse.

It does have High Action. It has a Home Made nut that is high. But I played this bass in a Black Sabbath tribute band, and used this one for C# tunning. It's PERFECT for that! (B-E-A-D might be interesting as well!) But this bass plays great, everything works, it's in good condition other than the crack. And I don't play Sabbath, or anything else that this bass would be appropriate for. It does have an AGGRESSIVE Tone, and is active.
So, here are some more picks!

Notice the nut. It is a piece of Acrylic. This will need to be replace to get decent action out of it.

I think about parting with the Fortress every once in a while but when I take it out of the case and feel the neck I can't do it.
