I have decided to sell one of my Stingrays. I got this bass of the TB forums a few years ago. It has been a great instrument, but I have GAS for a American Standard P Bass. Since I have two other rays that are very near and dear to me this one has to be moved to make some space. It has been very well maintained. I have always wiped it down with a microfiber cloth after each use, and Oiled the neck with Birchwook Casey's gun stock oil like EB uses. I have also oiled the rosewood fret board as well. As you can see from the pics it is a beautiful cherry burst with matching headstock. No fret wear and only very light surface scratches here and there and on the pick guard. It also has a Hipshot extender and original tuning machine. Comes with the original case that was damaged a bit when it was shipped to me. You can see from the pictures. I repaired the crack with expanding foam adhesive and I have not had any issues with it cracking further in the two years I have had it. It has fairly new DR sunbeams on it and ready to rock. I am asking $1150 with extender and regular tuner. Or $1100 with the regular tuner and I'll plug the screw holes. Then use the extender on my other Ray
Or I'll be open to talk about trades for Fender American standard or 62 RI Precision Bass. Looking for Rosewood fret board only and 3T burst w\tshell pick guard. Thanks for looking and let me know if you have any questions. All reasonable offers will be considered as well.
