FT / 08 JO5 with case

I bought this bass from the Perfect Bass in November. I really love this bass but can't get use to the 5th string. It's not a problem playing at home when i'm concentrating but in the heat of the moment playing with the band I fumble around too much. This bass has only left my house a couple times and is still in like new condition.(the plastic on the pickgaurd is just now starting to peel a bit.)
This is a 08 model so it has the Lakland pickups and has been plek'd. Currently strung with di'mazzio nickel rounds but still have the Lakland strings that came on it if you prefer. Comes shipped in a black case that says Lakland on it.

Would like to trade this bass for a JO4 in excellent condition.
Willing to consider other 4 string basses but really just want a 4 string version of this bass.

Outright sale would be $1000 shipped in the lower 48.

Looks exactly like my 05 4 string exept mines got the tort guard. Very tempting, the only thing holding me back is i tend to fumble aswell
