I am putting this feeler out there. I have a really fine 1996 Fender Precision Bass that is "Made in the USA". The Sunburst finish and neck lacquer has naturally aged to give it a nice vintage look. Everything is stock except I added a Fender Pearloid pickguard and a set of Thomastik Flats. It plays really great, looks great and the neck is rock solid. It stays in tune for weeks at a time. I will be posting pics this weekend. It is in really great shape with only a few minor dings.
It has barely been gigged but it has been with me a long time as my main steady Bass. I never thought I would part with it but my Mustang has been getting the bulk of the action as of late. I like the shortscale basses. Call me wierd.

I am looking to trade this for something different but I am only looking for basses of close or similar quality. Here is my list of things I am possibly interested in:
Fender Jazz Bass (because I don't have one)
Gretsch ThunderJet (one can only dream-seem rare)
Gibson SG Bass (not sure why but why not?)
Fender Mustang Bass (Not Vintage White-got that one)
Possibly Lakland Decade (Interested so, just maybe...)
Again, pics coming soon. And here they are!
And a few more are here:
