I love this bass but i've recently fallen in love with Lakland necks. This is a 2001 MIA Fender Jazz bass, alder body and maple board. The color is hot rod red, which is very rare to find in this model. the neck is super straight so you can basically goo incredibly low on the action. The original pups were replaced and now it wears a set of Dimarzio Ultra Jazz, much more complete pups IMO, and they are humcancelling. No dings to really talk about the bass is almost pristine. there are rash marks on the finish but nothing going into the wood. For a 10 year old instrument i rate it 9/10. I'm also including all the candy and tags along with the ohsc.
