FT: 2008 MIA Fender Precision Bass

Ok, so I put this up a while back along with my Jazz FT and got a lot of nice offers so thanks to all of you. I'm going to be really specific and see if anyone out there wants to trade with me.

So up for trade is an '08 MIA Precision. It's Candy Cola Red with a mirror pickguard. I will include original parchment. Beautiful maple fretboard. All stock. One small chip I just noticed near the bottom strap button. Very tiny.

I'm looking specifically for an '08 or newer MIA P with a rosewood fretboard. The maple is just too bright for me. I may consider an older one if it has a natural finish. I really love the weight of the newer ones. If you have a light P that's an option. So the only thing I will trade for is what is listed above, thanks for the offers but I'm pretty specific about what I'm looking for. As for color, I'm not into black or white, but maybe the right pickguard combo will grab me.

Basically just looking to swap even for a nice P with a Rosewood board.

Have you thought to put flatwound bass strings. I have them on maple stingray and killed that brightness...

Yeah I have. Just feeling like I really want a rosewood board. I should go by a set of flats this weekend and see what it does.
