FS/FT 2008 Warwick Corvette 5 $$
 

Hey all! I have a 2008 German made Warwick Corvette 5 $$ for trade. This bass consists of a nirvana black ash body, Ovangkol neck, bell brass frets, straplocks, and all black hardware. All components (truss rod, electronics, etc) are in perfect working order. I have the action set up low and it plays smooth and quick. It balances perfect and feels comfortable standing or sitting. It has little play wear, is in excellent condition and weighs about 10 lbs. She sounds as expected... Deep bass, punchy, growly, and nice balance of highs.

Now...I'm really looking for a Thumb 5 but I am open to other Warwick trades. I prefer Warwick's as of right now since I've been playing them for years, but ask anything and feel free contact me.

I forgot to mention that it comes with a Warwick hard shell case that shows some miles but will still last for life.

Nice looking bass! How much does it weigh? What is the scale length....34. Or 35"

It weighs 9.8 lbs and is a 34" long scale. The bass also has adjustable string spacing.

Lots of control's? can u tell me about them please. original?

Everything on the bass is original including the electronics. It has a passive/active eq, toggle switches to control the dual humbuckers, volume (which is a push pull for the active/passive use), and a blend, treble, and bass for the lower rotation knobs. A full description is listed on Warwick's web page for more technical questions. As far as tone....options are vast and fulfill a wide range of generes.

I'm guessing shipping to Sweden would be too much of a hassle, am I right? Also I don't have anything that I can trade for it. :(

I've never shipped overseas so its not out of the question but not a thought at the moment. I guess its all a matter of the right trade suggestion.

Man, seeing this makes me regret trading mine last year....awesome bass. a BEAST! If i wasn't trying to sell my 5er, would make and offer, ugh...Oh one thing, if all orig. knobs are push/pull vol, blend, bass & treble (no mid)
