FT CALLOWHILL Infini 4 string RARE!!!!!!!!!!!

Sign in to disble this ad
I'm simply not a red bass guy, thought about refinishing the bass but don't want to go through the hassle.
Full size pics can be seen here:

http://cmd.shutterfly.com/commands/p...ctures&album=8

This bass was custom made for the great bass player Thaddaeus Tribbett.
The back of the headstock reads
03-23-06 (the date built)
Infini #0004
Callowhill's signature
Custom Built for
Thaddaeus Tribbett

Check out the back of the body with the angle neck joint to create easy access all the way up to the 24th fret.

7lbs
34 inch scale
ash body
maple wenge neck
ebony fingerboard
nordstrand fat stacks
bartolini 3 band pre with master tone control
brand new hard shell case

The lion is actually engrave into the body of the bass, it is underneath the finish, all original. Condition is very good, nothing major at all. Check out the pics on shutterfly.

For trade only, looking for a non-red Jazz style bass, possibly consider P basses, they can't be heavy.

Beautiful, what's the neck like? Jazz or P width at the nut? Thick or thin?

Maybe I should have been more specific in the original post.
I'm not going to trade this straight across for a warmoth parts bass or something similar in quality. thanks for your understanding

Yes, he is the real deal, so is this bass, if it was another color besides trans red I wouldn't be getting rid of her. I've just never been a red guy.

Why do you feel that it's a hassle to get it refinished?

Good question, just the thought of shipping her off and waiting I guess. But I am still considering that route.

Not really sure, what are basses worth these days in this market? Just looking for a trade the benefits both parties.

Would you be interested in a Marcus Miller Jazz for it? I wouldn't mind a red bass if you don't mind a a natural Jazz Bass....

I figured as much... man i wish i could jump on that!!!! Thad Tribbett is one of my favorite gospel players. He's the reason why i left 5 strings and went back to 4's.

I keep playing this bass and it kills. I am either going to put up with the red or have the bass refinished.
